This is the perfect summer pasta- juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, and gooey mozzarella. Make it for just yourself or for a crowd, either way, it will be a hit. I love this pasta so much, I make it at least once a week during the summer (okay probably twice). Having a basil plant growing (and tomato garden if you're lucky) makes it even sweeter.
